1. Introduction
HumexAI ("HumexAI", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace at humexai.com where independent creators can list and sell digital AI products to buyers (the "Service").
These terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, listing a product, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Multiple accounts may be merged or removed.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You may close your account at any time through your settings page.
3. Buying products
When you buy a product, you enter into a contract directly with the creator. HumexAI acts as the marketplace and payment facilitator.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card details.
- You receive a download link valid for 48 hours, with up to 10 downloads per order.
- Digital purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days under our Refund policy.
- Products are licensed for personal and commercial use unless the listing states otherwise. Redistribution or resale of the file itself is not permitted.
4. Selling products
Anyone can become a creator after completing Stripe Connect onboarding. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it through the Service.
- You are responsible for the legality of the content you sell.
- You must own or have permission to sell every asset in your listing.
- You set your own price (between €1 and €10,000).
- We may remove or hide listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Platform fee
HumexAI takes a flat 15% platform fee on every successful sale. This covers payment processing, marketplace traffic, hosting, and customer support. There are no listing fees or monthly subscriptions.
Net earnings are paid to the bank account connected via Stripe Connect on a rolling weekly basis. Stripe's standard payout terms apply.
6. Content & intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By listing a product, you grant HumexAI a non-exclusive license to display previews, use the product's metadata for marketing the marketplace, and deliver downloads to buyers.

7. Prohibited use
You may not, and may not enable others to:
- Sell content you don't own or don't have rights to distribute.
- List products that violate any applicable law, including export controls.
- Upload malware, prompts engineered for jailbreaks of safety systems, or content promoting illegal activity.
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, sales counts, or trending placement through fake accounts or paid review networks.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service's infrastructure.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for material breach of these terms, repeated chargebacks, fraud, or risk to buyers and creators. You may close your own account at any time; completed orders, payouts, and earned reviews remain on the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumexAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you have paid us during that period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Paris, except where a consumer's mandatory protections apply otherwise.
