1. Scope
This agreement applies to anyone who has published at least one product on HumexAI. It supplements (and does not replace) our Terms of service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before you can publish a product.
- You must be in a country supported by Stripe Connect for marketplaces.
- You may not list on behalf of another person without their explicit written permission.
3. What you can sell
HumexAI is for AI-related digital products: custom GPTs, prompt packs, AI agents, automation workflows, datasets, AI tools, templates, and courses.
You may not sell:
- Anything you don't own or don't have the right to redistribute.
- Generic content reposted from public sources without significant added value.
- Models, datasets, or prompts designed to bypass safety systems or generate harmful content.
- Personal data, scraped credentials, or content that violates third-party terms of service.
- Anything illegal in the jurisdictions where buyers will use it.
4. Ownership & licensing
You retain full ownership of your content. By listing on HumexAI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host and store the content for delivery to buyers.
- Display previews, covers, and descriptions on the marketplace and in marketing.
- Deliver downloads and transmit metadata to buyers via signed URLs.
You also grant buyers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use of the product they purchased. Buyers may not redistribute or resell the product itself.
5. Pricing & fees
- You set the price for each product (€1 to €10,000).
- HumexAI takes a flat 15% platform fee on every sale.
- The 15% includes Stripe's payment processing — no additional charges.
- Refunds reverse the full sale, including the platform fee. You are not charged the 15% on refunded sales.
6. Payouts
- Payouts run on a 7-day rolling basis via Stripe.
- Funds are released after Stripe's standard hold (typically 7 days for new accounts).
- You are responsible for declaring your earnings to your local tax authority.
- HumexAI may issue Form 1099-K (US) or equivalent reporting where required by law.
7. Customer support
HumexAI handles first-line support, refund processing, and payment disputes. For product-specific questions, buyers may contact you through the platform's messaging when it's available. You agree to respond within 5 business days.
8. Listing removal
We may remove or hide a listing without notice if it:
- Violates this agreement, the Terms of service, or applicable law.
- Receives a valid takedown notice for IP infringement.
- Has consistently low ratings or high refund rates.
- Misleads buyers about its functionality.
We will explain why and, where possible, give you a chance to fix the issue.
9. Termination
You can leave at any time by archiving your products and closing your account. Existing orders, downloads, and payouts continue to settle. We may terminate this agreement for serious or repeated violations.
