The 30-day guarantee
If a HumexAI product doesn't work as advertised, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We refund the full amount paid, including any platform fees.
For digital goods sold to consumers in the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started downloading the product (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). Our 30-day policy is more generous than what the law requires.
Eligible reasons
- The product is materially different from what the listing described.
- The download is corrupted or missing files (and the creator hasn't fixed it within 7 days of you reporting it).
- The product depends on a third-party service that is no longer available.
- You purchased by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file.
- The product violates these terms or applicable law.
Not eligible
- You changed your mind after using the product extensively.
- The product worked as described but didn't produce the results you hoped for.
- The 30-day window has passed.
- Your account has been suspended for abuse, fraud, or repeated chargebacks.
How to request a refund
- Open your library, find the order.
- Click Request refund. Select a reason and add a short description.
- If you can, attach a screenshot or short note explaining the issue. The clearer your case, the faster we resolve it.

How we process refunds
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Stripe takes 5–10 business days to make the funds available again, depending on your bank.
For complex disputes (e.g. delivery vs. quality disagreements), we may ask the creator for input before deciding. We aim to resolve every case within 7 days.
What this means for creators
When a refund is approved, the corresponding amount is reversed from your earnings:
- If the order has not yet been paid out, we deduct it from your pending balance.
- If it has already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
- Stripe's payment processing fee on the refunded amount is borne by HumexAI, not by you.
High refund rates may trigger a manual review of your listings. We'll always reach out before taking action.
Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first rather than filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost everyone money — both the creator and HumexAI — and rarely lead to a better outcome than a direct refund. Repeated unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
